Order Confirmation & Acceptance of This Policy
By placing an order on the Anna Wear website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
When you complete a purchase, you acknowledge that you:
- have reviewed and agreed to our return and refund terms
- understand the conditions and deadlines that apply to returns
- agree to follow the return instructions provided by our support team
- understand that, in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and related order documentation may be used as supporting evidence
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- the item must be returned in its original condition
- the item must include original packaging where applicable
- the item must not show signs of damage caused by use, mishandling, or improper care
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following details in your email:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
- your full name
- your shipping address
- clear photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We also recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the process is complete.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@anna-wear.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect
After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability. In some cases, you may not be required to return the item.
If a replacement is approved, it is usually processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is refused, not claimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, a $35 CAD fee may be deducted from any eligible refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@anna-wear.com.
Please note:
- orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped
- if your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery
- approved returns remain subject to our standard return conditions
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, including:
- order confirmation details
- shipping and tracking information
- communication history
- images or evidence submitted in relation to the order
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process and may affect future orders.
Important Information
Please keep the following in mind:
- all approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team
- return shipping costs are not covered by Anna Wear
- we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or clearance procedures
- hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsuitable condition may not be accepted
- returns are accepted only after approval from our customer service team
